The Arizona School Boards Association is a private, non-profit, non-partisan organization that promotes locally elected governance of public education and continuous improvement of student success by providing training, leadership and essential services to public school governing boards statewide.

Salary Surveys

Each year, ASBA conducts two different salary surveys.

The first is a survey of school district superintendent salaries and benefits. This survey also compares pay-for-performance incentives and other benefits as well.

The second is designed to study district compensation and benefits for certified and administrative personnel.
