Recommended 2025 Bylaw Changes
ASBA’s bylaws are the foundation of how our association operates, establishing the authority of the board of directors, the structure of governance and the processes that ensure transparency and accountability. To keep them current, effective and aligned with the needs of our members, ASBA’s newly convened Governance Committee has conducted a comprehensive review and is recommending updates for member approval.
The Board of Directors recommend a YES vote.
The bylaw voting deadline has been extended to March 6, 2026.
