Ways You Can Get Involved
ASBA district member boards are encouraged to contribute to the 2026 Political Agenda.
Here’s how the process works and how you can contribute:
- Submit Proposals (April to May)
Each district member board can submit proposals for consideration in the political agenda. These proposals focus on issues that are critical to advancing public education in Arizona. - Legislative Committee (June)
The ASBA Legislative Committee, appointed by the ASBA president, reviews all submitted proposals. The committee carefully evaluates and crafts a new agenda, representing the collective priorities of Arizona’s districts. - Delegate Assembly
Each district sends a delegate to the annual Delegate Assembly. During this assembly, delegates finalize and approve the next year’s political agenda, ensuring it reflects the voice of school boards across the state.
