| Legislative Recap: Week 3 This week, SB 1452, the expansion of the ESA program, passed out of Senate Education on party lines after about 4 hours of debate. HB 2402 passed out of the House and SB 1165 passed out of the Senate, which means those ASBA priority bills are halfway to the finish line.
