The relationship between a superintendent and board president is one of the most consequential in a school system and is often one of the least developed. When it thrives, governance teams move forward with clarity, cohesion, and confidence. When it struggles, even the best intentions can stall progress and erode trust.
Lead Together is a hands-on workshop designed exclusively for the superintendent and board president. Using your community’s survey data, the DiSC assessment, and scenarios drawn from specific challenges confronting districts, superintendents and board presidents will deepen their understanding of each other’s leadership styles and leave with concrete strategies they can implement immediately.
