speaker

Lindsey Peterson

Keynote Speaker - Arizona Education Foundation 2022 Ambassador for Excellence, Teacher, Glendale Union High School District, Board Member, Washington ESD

Lindsey has always loved learning, and initially what drew her to teaching was the opportunity to make learning her job. When she was young, she would come home from school and make her younger siblings play school, and as she grew older, she loved presenting in class and participating in class discussions. Learning is energizing for Lindsey, and she was drawn to that process and that force. However, over time, she says she has stayed because of the power of education to affect and improve the world. Education gives people opportunities for their future, it opens minds to new possibilities, and it can build bridges and relationships.
