Network with colleagues, administrators and state legislators during receptions on Wed., Sept. 4 at 4:45pm (sponsored by The Friends of ASBA) and Thurs., Sept. 5 at 5pm (sponsored by Arizona’s school law firms). Breakfasts and lunches included in registration.

Pre-Conference only: $250
Law Conference only: $500

Registration Deadline
Online registration closes Monday, Aug. 26, 2019. On-site registration requires an additional $50 fee.

Hotel Information: Rooms at the Camelback Inn are sold out.
Reservations are now being accepted at the Mountain Shadows Resort, 5445 E. Lincoln Drive, Paradise Valley, AZ 85253 (located ½ mile from Camelback Inn). The conference rate is $139 per night plus a $14 per night resort fee. The cutoff date to reserve rooms is August 14.

There are three ways that guests can make a reservation:

1) Call Group Reservations at 877-587-6981 and mention AZ School Boards Association

2) Via their website mountainshadows.com

b. On top right corner click Enter Code
c. Under Optional Codes, Enter Group Code “AZSBA2019”
d. Click Apply Changes and it will pull up the bookable rooms

If you wish to be placed on the waiting list for Camelback Inn, please send an email to Ellen White, ewhite@azsba.org and include the name of the guest and the arrival and departure dates. If rooms at Camelback Inn become available, those on the waiting list will be assigned based on the date the email was received.

Save the Date for 2019 Delegate Assembly

The 2019 Delegate Assembly will be held on Saturday, Sept. 7 at 8 a.m. for ASBA members. Don’t forget to register one of your board members to serve as the delegate and vote on the 2020 Political Agenda.
