WEBINAR: Managing Board Meetings During COVID-19


With social distancing and stay-at-home orders, boards are looking for alternatives to in-person board meetings. Many are turning to virtual meetings via web-based and phone-based platforms. Join us as we discuss the legal considerations surrounding remote meetings, discuss challenges and promising practices of hosting virtual meetings, and offer suggestions for virtual meeting etiquette that can help your meeting run more efficiently.
