First and foremost, ASBA is a service organization dedicated to meeting the ongoing, operational needs of Arizona school district governing boards in three core areas:

ASBA offers workshops that can stand alone or be combined into full- or half-day sessions. And we’re unique because our employees are sitting board members and have extensive experience working with boards from all demographics, from urban to rural to remote.

What separates ASBA from other policy services providers?

We believe there is value in school districts statewide utilizing common policies, albeit with customization based on local needs. This enables board members and superintendents to “speak the same language” from district to district and to be stronger together when advocating for or against changes to the law – and thus policy – that would negatively impact board or district operations.
