The Policy Services team provides a fully updated comprehensive policy manual to help districts maintain accurate, current and legally compliant policies and regulations. Through PolicyBridge®, districts have 24/7 access to an organized, user-friendly platform designed to simplify policy management and support effective governance.
Onboarding Services for Policy Users
The Policy Services team provides in-person or virtual onboarding support for incoming policy users or members. These sessions are designed to help participants become familiar with PolicyBridge®, navigate key features and confidently manage district policies and processes.
Policy Advisories and Alerts
Users receive timely Policy advisories and alerts that include model policies, regulations, and exhibits developed by ASBA in response to changes in state and federal laws. These advisories and alerts enable governing boards to adopt up-to-date policies efficiently.
On-Call Consultation
Our team of educational practitioners, all of whom are experienced educators with hands-on expertise in applying policy in educational settings, are available for on-call consultation at no additional cost. ASBA is committed to providing timely support, with a timely response you can count on.
Policy Amendment Assistance
Policy amendment assistance is available to help districts customize policies to reflect local needs, ensuring they are tailored to your district while remaining compliant. Users can make changes with the understanding that these policies become the district’s own and are not subject to ASBA copyright.

Policy Manual Reviews
ASBA recommends conducting a policy manual review every four to five years to ensure compliance, to confirm that policies are aligned with your practices and to locate any internal or external conflicts. Our policy services team handles the entire process, conducting an in-depth comparison of your District Policy Manual to the ASBA Model Policy Manual©. This streamlined approach reduces the workload for district staff and helps identify gaps and opportunities for customization.
Complimentary Employee Handbook Service
Available exclusively to Policy Services users, the ASBA Employee Handbook is customizable and connects district policy to employment rules and expectations.
