Dr. Charlotte Patterson
Policy analyst
Dr. Charlotte Patterson is a policy analyst at the Arizona School Boards Association, where she has served since 2022. She brings more than three decades of experience in public education, having worked as a teacher and administrator with the Tucson Unified School District.
Charlotte holds degrees from the University of Arizona and Northern Arizona University and earned her doctorate from Seton Hall University, where she focused on educational research.
In addition to her professional experience, she has volunteered as a national policy advocate since 2020.
Charlotte enjoys reading, writing, baking cheesecakes, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren and grand-pups. She proudly cheers for her alma maters as a Wildcat, Lumberjack and Pirate.
