Lynne Bondi
Policy analyst
Lynne Bondi is a policy analyst at the Arizona School Boards Association, where she has supported member districts since 2022. In her role, she conducts in-depth policy reviews, writes policy advisories and updates and develops content for trainings, conferences and meetings. She also serves as the lead contact for ASBA’s Employee Handbook, helping districts maintain clarity and compliance in their internal policies.
An educator for 20 years, Lynne holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in education from Northern Arizona University. Her background is rooted in collaboration and support, and she is driven by a desire to help others grow in confidence and understanding. She is passionate about connecting members with the tools they need to lead effectively. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, running, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
